Complaints Procedure At Claverley C of E Primary School, we pride ourselves in openly communicating with parents and carers. It is in everyone’s interest that complaints about the school are resolved at the earliest possible stage. Therefore, we encourage parents and carers to raise any concerns about their child as soon as possible with the class teacher. However, we recognise that, despite our best efforts, there may be occasions when parents and families remain unhappy about something that relates to the school and wish to make a complaint. The policy outlines the procedures in place for handling complaints. We hope that this will enable us to resolve all complaints swiftly and effectively.
